All attendees must register for the meeting. Attendees must wear their badges at all times. Badge monitors will be checking for badges before allowing admission to the sessions. Attendees without badges will not be admitted to sessions.
Save $$ on Registration Fees by Joining APS
If you are not an APS member, you can join using the membership form at the time you register. Save money on registration fees, and be eligible to receive membership benefits.
On-line Registration Method (APS Members only)
In addition to registering by mail or fax, members (only) have the option to register electronically using the on-line registration. This option is available to current APS members only, and requires payment by credit card and your membership ID number. Your membership ID number can be found on the mailing label of any APS publication you receive. If registering using the on-line method, you will be able to print out an electronic confirmation of your registration.
Registration by Fax
If you are NOT a current APS member, you cannot register via the on-line method, but must register by fax or mail. Please download the registration form, complete it and either fax it or mail it as directed on the form. Do NOT both fax and mail your registration form.
Cancellations must be received at APS in writing by March 31. All cancellations will be assessed a $35 cancellation fee REGARDLESS OF THE REASON FOR CANCELLING.
